Task 2: modern work patterns are source of stress. Give causes and solutions for this statement

It is true that people recently are suffering from stress by modern work styles. Although there will be undoubtedly be some reasons of this trend, societies can take steps to mitigate these potential problems.

Several related problems can be anticipated when workplaces put stress on people. The main issue is that employers require the competitiveness of employees' skills. Therefore, they pitch in and do work with best efforts and then are under pressure. For example, IT companies these day expect their staffs have high professional skills to offer long-term benefits to their companies. As a result, it's easy to see that every IT staff is always exhausted and stressful. Futher pressures will include the lack of time for rest because people race against time to respond to deadlines of workload. For instance, office workers frequently work till midnight to complete reports and kind of paperwork so that this is becoming quite an unhealthy lifestyle for them.

There are several actions that companies and private firms could take to solve the problems described above. Firstly, a simple solution would be companies should have assistance and welfare policy for their staffs. In particular, they should be paid overtime and rewarded such as a holiday to encourage them to work harder. A second measure would be employees should have well-prepared indeed in knowledge and also psychology so that they could cope with obstacles of work easily.

In conclusion, various measures can be taken to tackle the problems that are certain to arise as recent work standards give rise to pressure for people.
