In the present age, the stress rate in people working in city center has set a new record. More and more people are becoming excessively anxious compared to the past, even if life was much harder then. To have a deeper understanding in this matter, this essay will analyze the reasons for this and propose some solutions.

One of the root causes of the stress is that people tend to be snowed under with work. Employees have to complete their deadline as quickly as possible to catch up with the company’s pace, which lead to the situation of working under intensive pressure. For example, newcomers have to fullfil their duties while trying to adapt with the new environment so that they can prove their worth to the upper leaders. That being the case, a solution for the workers is to learn the art of maintaining a work-life balance, which will help them have more quality relaxation time and work more efficiently.

Furthermore, unemployment issue also causes stress, because employees might lack of skills to adapt to the recent development of technology. The increasingly use of modern equipments and machines has risen the rate of joblessness among society. To tackle this issue, the government should provide more job opportunities and open courses to improve the workforce’s abilities. This would help reduce the stress level significantly.

To sum up, there has been a rise in number of wealthy people suffering from stress due to reasons such as working pressure and unemployment risk. From my perspective, an urgent action needs to be taken, otherwise the society may face more corcerning issues than stress in the future.
