Governments should make more effort to promote alternative sources of energy.
To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?
It is true that seeking new energies has been a primary concern to most of the nations in the world. I completely agree with the notion that governments should encourage the use of alternative sources of energy.
On the one hand, there have been many serious issues in using current sources of energy in recent years. Firstly, current depleted energies might contribute to environmental problems, that consequences would not restore. The burning of fossil fuel such as oil or coal, which exhausts gas emission including carbon dioxide, causes the damage to the ozone layer. Additionally, this leads to global warming and air pollution in all around the global. Secondly, natural habitats tend to cope with devastation when the deforestation occurs for the demand of charcoal. By doing this, humans would put biodiversity, which is a necessity for life, under threat of extinction.
On the other hand, alternative sources of energy would bring valuable benefits to communities. From the economic perspective, by motivating scientists to search new sources of energy, many jobs would be generated because this process requires the cooperation among various scientific organizations. Therefore, the economic of nations tend to access to goal opportunities for thriving. Another predominant benefit is that alternative sources of energy allow to countries achieve sustainable development. Renewable sources of energy such as solar power or wind power, which is natural sources, would not damage the environment, and enable countries to develop their economic without dependent on non-renewable energies.
In conclusion, I totally believe that the promotion of alternative sources of energy by authorities is necessary.
