Mong mọi người góp ý kiến giúp mình nha.

Theo lời bạn mình thì bài mình nghiêng về describing nhiều hơn là comparing. Nhưng hiện nay người ta yêu cầu so sánh là chủ yếu mới lấy được high score. >"<

Thanks alot.

The table provides the percentages of resident occupying in 3 kinds of accommodation during 5 years since 2001 in Australian States namely Victoria, The Northern Territory together with Tasmania.

From an overall perspective, the most favorite choice of Australians is house whereas there was a minority of people who prefer to the other kinds except Duplex/Semi-detached house and flat/Department.

To be more specific, it apparently shows that seizable majority of people owned house which had increased gradually from 81.1% to 83.5% in Victoria as well as from 67.6% to 79.1% in The Northern Territory. While the percentage of Tasmania house dropped rapidly from 88.4% to 77.8% after 5 years.

In terms of Duplex/ Semi detached house , excepting the rapid rise in Tasmania, jumping from only 3.9% to 14.4% ; the ratio of owners in Victoria and The Northern Territory had gone down slightly through the given time by 2.2% and 4%, respectively.

As regards the flat/department, it is clear that the proportion of both Victoria and Tasmania people who chose this kind of shelter went up slowly by merely 0.6% and 0.2%. Meanwhile, The Northern Territory’s rose to 5.7% over 5 years.

Finally, there was a downward trend in the other residences of these states by 0.8%, 1.8% and 0,1% in the same order according to time allocation.

The table provides the percentages of residents occupying (occupied) in 4 kinds of accommodation during 5 years since 2001 (in 2001 and 2006) in (various/some/three) Australian states, namely Victoria, The Northern Territory together with (and) Tasmania.

From an overall perspective (Overall / It is clearly seen that), the most favorite choice of accommodation among the Australian (dwellers/residents) is (was) house, whereas there was a minority of people who prefer to the (OMIT!!!) other kinds except Duplex/Semi-detached house and flat/Department. (câu này hơi tối nghĩa, phần whereas viết khá là rối)

To be more specific (OMIT!!!), it apparently shows that a seizable (sizeable) majority of people owned a house which (OMIT!!!) had increased gradually from 81.1% to 83.5% in Victoria, as well as (and) from 67.6% to 79.1% in The Northern Territory. While (Meanwhile,) the percentage of people living in Tasmania house dropped rapidly from 88.4% to 77.8% after 5 years.

In terms of Duplex/ Semi detached house , excepting (despite) the rapid rise in Tasmania, jumping (OMIT!!!) from only 3.9% to 14.4% ; the ratio of (figures for) owners in Victoria and The Northern Territory had gone (went) down slightly through the given time by 2.2% and 4%, respectively.

As regards the flat/department, it is clear that the proportion of both Victoria and Tasmania people who chose this kind of shelter (accommodation) went up slowly by merely 0.6% and 0.2%. Meanwhile, The Northern Territory’s (the figure for the last state) rose to (by) 5.7% over 5 years.

Finally, there was a downward trend in the occupation of other residences of these states by 0.8%, 1.8% and 0,1% in the same order according to time allocation.

The table provides the percentages of residents occupied in 4 kinds of accommodation in 2001 and 2006 in three Australian states, namely Victoria, The Northern Territory and Tasmania.

It is clearly seen that while the most favorite choice of accommodation among the Australian dwellers was house, there were fewer residents preferred Duplex/Semi-detached house and flat/Department.

It apparently shows that a sizeable majority of people owned a house increased gradually from 81.1% to 83.5% in Victoria, and from 67.6% to 79.1% in The Northern Territory. Meanwhile, the percentage of people living in Tasmania house dropped rapidly from 88.4% to 77.8% after 5 years.

In terms of Duplex/ Semi detached house, despite the rapid rise in Tasmania from only 3.9% to 14.4% ; the figures for owners in Victoria and The Northern Territory went down slightly through the given time by 2.2% and 4%, respectively.
