The pie charts illustrate the data of people in the UK who went to general library and the primary reasons why they go there over two seperate years 1991 and 2000.
It is clear from the charts that the number of people with main reason is borrow or return book was by far highest in both years. Additionaly, the cause that people came to public library for “borrow or return videos” was appeared in 2000.
The figure for main reasons that “borrow or return book” was 65 in 1991 while in 2000 was fell to 55 respectively. The demands of people to go to library were developed that “borrow or return videos” were occured 18 in 2000 whereas this needed don’t have in 1991.
The number of people went to public libray for “study” was dropped dramatically from 10 in 1991 to 2 in 2000, at the same time period the reasons of  “read newspaper or magazine” was fell from 15 to 5 respectively. In 1991, “obtain information” was 10 but there was reduced to 20 in 2000.
