The graph below gives information about the sales of five types of vehicles in country A from 1990 with projected sales until 2020.

My essay

The line graph shows how many five types of vehicles are sold in country A over 3 decades since 1990 with future predictions to 2020.

Overall, cars under 1.8 litres are getting more and more popular while station wagons and larger cars have dropped noticeably. There has been a fluctuation of the sales of commercial vans and motorbikes.

In 1990, smaller cars were sold about 2 millions and increased dramatically in the next years. It 2010 saw a peak of cars’s sales over 3.5 millions. By contrast, in 1990, cars over 1.8 litres and station wagons were by far the most widespread vehicles over 2.5 millions. It is expected that the sales of these vehicles will decrease to 1.25 millions until 2020.

At this time, motorbikes and commercial vans were about 0.25 and 0.3 respectively. These sales are predictable to remain under 0.5 millions during the period time from 1990 to 2020.

The line graph shows how many (the number of) the five types of vehicles are sold in country A over 3 decades since 1990 with future predictions to 2020. From the line graph given, it can be obivous seen that cars under 1.8 litres are getting more and more popular while station wagons and larger cars have dropped noticeably. There has been a fluctuation of the sales of commercial vans and motorbikes.

In 1990, nearly 2 millions of small cars were sold and that sale increased dramatically in the following years. Two deacdes later, there saw a peak of cars’s sales with over 3.5 millions.

These sales are predicted to remain under 0.5 millions during the period time from 1990 to 2020.
