The map illustrates the conparision between locations S1 and S2 which are being considered for the new supermarket. Each site has its own upper hand.

The first potential place is S1, which is right outside of Garlsdon off the mainroad to the town of Hindon, 12 km to the north-west. The site could be accessed by populations from both Hindon and Garlsdon by car. And there is a railway running across Garlsdon linking the north-west and the south-east, which helps comnsumers from the town of Cransdon( population 29000) to travel to by train, and people of Garlsdon can also use this option.

On the other hand, the second considerable location is S2 which lies in the centre of Garlsdon. The biggest advantage of this site is the convinience it brings to the shoppers of Garlsdon, and t can also be reached by customers from Hindon ( population 10.000) by train. Not only Hindon but also potential customers from Cransdon( population 29.000) to get to the supermarket by train, and the shoppers of Bransdon( population 15.000)  can also travel to this site by cars.

Athough the profits from location S2 could be bigger, there would be plenty of spaces for cars in S1 because it is in the countryside, parking could be a problem in S2 because of its central location.
