The bar chart gives information about why people are visiting and the pie chart demonstrates the percentage of the key problems for the travelling community in British in the year 2009.

Overall, it is clear that the proportion of reasons for commuting to and from work was the highest and the opposite was true for visiting friends or relatives. It is also noticeable that most people worry about the price of travel while just only a minimal figure for space for pedestrians.

As can be seen from the chart, staring at nearly a half in 2009, the rate of reason for commuting to and from work was the most popular compared with nearly a fifth of individual one. Furthermore, the quantities of the demand for shopping and social or recreation accounted for 16% and 10% respectively. In addition, visiting friends or relatives became the least concern with only a very small number.

Regarding the other categories, in the same year, the price of travel received the largest concern from the visitors, made up around 36%, which was higher than the figure for safety concerns, capturing about 19%. Moreover, 17% was the percentage of travelers caring aggressive drivers, which was triple that of access to public transport. The traffic jam on the highway represented 14% while  the smallest figure was recorded in space for pedestrian issues, accounting for merely 6%.
