Topic: As most people spend a major part of their adult life at work, job satisfaction is an important element of individual wellbeing.

What factors contribute to job satisfaction?

How realistic is the expectation of job satisfaction for all workers?

The relative of job satisfaction is usually considered as a part of personal attitude by the majority of people utilizing their mature life for hard- working. Besides, there are various ways that people can satisfy in job and from my point of view, all workers may find it difficult to obtain.

It may seem plausible factors which lead to job delighted. To commence with the enthusiastic or love for their jobs, if someone had it, of course, they could work all day long even all night without tired, bored. Secondly, a well- paid salary also plays an important role. For instance, a worker just feels satisfactory if only he deserved well for what he had done. Last but not least, in order to be pleased with task, employees are recommended to be treated fairly by their own employer so that they don’t have any partiality each other.

In my view, there is not completely realistic that all labors possibly gladden of jobs. In spite of having already been passed for the employees by the government, these rights, laws, like working condition, minimum salary are not able to depress the workers’ worries. To illustrate, no one can assure for their occupations, they are presumably supposed to work under an unacceptable boss who never promotes or encourages and often intimidates employees. Furthermore, they did not find love for jobs, in my opinion; it is the main reason why all workers are not usually supposed to satisfy in their tasks.

To summarize, it is agreed that job pleasing is one the most important part contributing to an individual attitude and the expectation of it for all workers is difficult to make real. ( 279 words )
