There are some typical effects that students pay a huge concern on academic performances without improving of social skills. To start with, inadequate soft skills take an impact on the professional lives. Provided that, employees, who own academic prowess, cannot get a job without conducting themselves in the interview or struggle with building relationship in social affairs due to lacking of tact. Another reason is that people who totally dominant theory and knowledge may not successfully perform an idea. Undeniably that, these people may own incredible ideas but they fail in transforming these ideas to reality or cannot present as well as protect it.
Dealing with this issue involves improving interpersonal skills, students can attend to social events, social clubs as well as participate in some soft-skill classes to gain the confidence of taking public and learning tact. While learning soft skills is not simply book learning, which helps in building speech as well as convinced skill, practice is also vital role to have a swift wit in particular situations. For instance, going to English club not only help in talking skill as well as construct the ideas but also take an advantage in learning error to avoid.
In conclusion, student should balance between develop academic achievement as well as improve interpersonal skills. Action must be taken urgently, otherwise, youngster will face potential dangers in future.

 It is clear that Vietnamese students frequently achieve successful results in academic life. However, these students might not a supply for the potential workforce due to the educational issues. This essay will discuss Vietnamese educational problems and the measures that governments and individuals can take to address these problems.
There are some typical causes that lead to the fact that an increasing number of students focus on academic performance and are not just focus on developing social skills. Firstly, traditional families have an obsessional achievement in academic journey. To be more specific, parents, who have high expectation on their child, force children to study hardly and might set punishments for who do not doing well at school. Secondly, myriad Vietnamese schools focus solely on theory and ignore social activities which dominate in gaining career prospect. If students want to improve soft skills, they must study by themselves or go to another class or club after school. To tackle this issue, adults should not judge children through by the results and pay attention on balancing both skills. In addition, the school should run social clubs as well as combine social activities with the lectures.
Another issue worth noting is that the education programs has not kept pace with job demanding and has lacked of applicability. The lectures focus dominantly on the theory and lack of or no practice. Supposed that, Vietnamese students calculate very well but do not know how to use it in reality. Or numerous graduated students must take a training course before working due to the difference of theory and practice. Educational programmers should gain the applicability of the lectures and decrease those theories which are unrealistic. Provided that, developed countries perform efficiently educational systems which are highly concerned about the realistic as well as application.
In conclusion, Educational errors have ruined numerous youngsters as well as the development of our country. Unless taking urgent action, Vietnamese people would be struggle with applying for job in work market, especially when the world has gradually become globalized.
