There is a definite possibility that recycling plays an important role in helping the Earth to cope with environment - related problems. However, the idea that governments make it become legal requirement has long been a matter of debate.

In the one hand, legal obligations, in some circumstances, will help governments reduce quickly the negative effects to the environment. For instance, it is no denying that people will follow the laws and recycle their waste gradually. In additon, this method is, without doubt, one of the most effective and cheapest method so far because it do not make the authorities rush to run many environment - based projects.

In other hand, it is argued that sometimes people follow the rules just beacause of the fear of punishment or fine, not from their arguments. Teaching method is more likely to be the best way to solve the bottom of this problems. Furthermore, this kind of method will encourage citizens do exactly what goverments want in the most comfortable way. In the result, people, without doubt, will know more about their global issues and environment so that they are more likely to take part in more recycling programs to give a hand helping their countries deal with problems like global warming, earth erosion and so forth.

In conclusion, the environment is in danger more than ever before so we should use many ways that we have to save it. In my opinion, I think that both solutions have their own installations so that choosing what kind of method seems to depend on goverment’s policies and the situation of each country.
