In my opinion, a boss should have 3 most important characteristics. Firstly, he must treat employees equitably. For example, everyone must go to work in time except for a few special cases. Secondly, he must be a broad- minded person. In fact, many trouble should be handled by a flexible boss. Lastly, a leader should have some good abilities to communicate and persuade everyone. Truly, he needs them to command his staffs, or discuss the work with partners.

Đi đúng giờ thì bạn nên dùng "On time" not "In time"

In my opinion, a boss should have 3 most important characteristics. Firstly, he must treat employees equitably. For example, everyone must go to work on time, except for a few special cases. Secondly, he must be a broad- minded person. In fact, many troubles should be handled by a flexible boss. Lastly (finally), a leader should have some good abilities to communicate and persuade everyone. Truly, he needs them to command (manage) his staffs, or discuss the work (control over meetings to  resolve problems) with partners.
