In spite of many advance women have made in education and employment, they continue to be at a disadvantage when it comes to pay and promotion. In your view, what should be done to promote equality of opportunity for men and women in the workplace?I

In the modern age, women have achieved the several developments in education and employment in many regions of the world. Nevertheless, one of the controversial in today’s society is that females still have been suffering gender discrimination and lack of promotion in workplaces. Therefore, I think that we need to change. I believe that some solutions will be practical.

The first approach is that the government should organize a competition for men and women to compete fairly. This means that it can create a lot of chances for men and women to understand and learn together. A very good example is that company held “a good worker” competition to find the talent for firm and honor the worthy person.

Another feasible measure is that both the government and the company should set up and enforce the business laws and policies seriously. Moreover, they must take the lead or even set a example. For instance, governments can reward successful enterprises with talented female leaders. This would encourage the weaker sex to make more efforts to achieve more as they would have higher targets to attain.

A more usable approach is that the government should establish some events to command and celebrate great female leader. For example, they can arrange some talk shows or workshop about experience of successful businesswoman to further stimulate equality. This solution may excite companies to accept employ more female clerks. The measure like this would probably handle the problem right away.

To conclude, although it is not easy to elevate the equivalence opportunity for the stronger sex and the weaker sex, it is my belief that in near future women are surely going to prove their potential and would be treated at par with the opposite gender.

In the modern age, women have achieved the several developments (developmental goals) in education and employment in many regions of the world. Nevertheless, one of the controversial issue in today’s society is that females still have been suffering gender discrimination and lack of promotion in workplaces. Therefore, I think that we need to change. I believe that some solutions will be practical. (consider revising)

The first approach is that the government should organize a competition for men and women to compete (repetition) fairly. This means that it can create a lot of chances for men and women to understand and learn together. A very good example is that company held “a good worker” competition to find the talent for firm and honor the worthy person.

Another feasible measure is that both the government and the company should set up and enforce the business laws and policies seriously. Moreover, they must take the lead or even set an example. For instance, governments can reward successful enterprises with talented female leaders. This would encourage the weaker sex to make more efforts to achieve more as they would have higher targets to attain (strive to reach).

A more usable (inappropriate word) approach is that the government should establish some events to command and celebrate great female leader. For example, they can arrange some talk shows or workshops about the experience of successful businesswoman successful businesswomen/businesspeople to further stimulate equality. This solution may excite companies to accept employ (incorrect verb construction) more female clerks. The measure like this would probably handle the problem right away.

To conclude, although it is not easy to elevate the equivalence opportunity for the stronger sex and the weaker sex, it is my belief that in near future women are surely going to prove their potential and would be treated at par with the opposite gender.
