An increasing number of people change their career and place of residence several times during their life time. Is this positive or negative development?

It is true that people are likely to alter their occupation and accommodation again and again. Personally, I believe that this trend has both progress and drawback, as will now be explained.

At its simplest, changing career and houses can yield a host of benefits. Firstly, people have more great chances to develop their abilities. This means that people may walk into a job in other places rather than the old one because of high competition in this area. Secondly, it is a good way to have a rich experience of life. As people amend their job and accommodation, they have chance to holiday to different culture and new surroundings to raise their knowledge.

On the downside, the drawbacks of changing career and place of residence cannot be underestimated. One problem is that people may not be good at new jobs, which can contribute to a higher risk of wasting lots of time and money. Another disadvantage is that many people find it difficult to blend in with new enviroment owing to difference in culture and lifestyle. This would make people dispirited and put them under extreme pressure on livelyhood.

In conclusion, that said, everything has its two sides, so does changing career and houses. On balance, I think the adverse points of this trend outweigh the positive points.
