In most of organisations, older people are usually appointed as the leaders or directors. However, there are arguments about whether it is better to give those position to young people. Personally, I am totally disagree with this ( bị thừa )as I strongly believe that elderly people are better choices.
The first point to make here is that older people are more experienced. Although It is true that young people are active and they are sensitive to the new social trends in the social . Nonetheless, they usually make decisions without enough considerations. This would be very dangerous as an organisation composes of many people in ogranisations where many people are working there ,(punctuation ) so a bad decision could effect (affect )them and the working process finally. With elderly people, this (what is "this"?) can be eliminated because they have dealed with many problems in their whole life so predictions about the worst cases can be made to avoid in advance ( câu này không hiểu muốn nói gì )
Secondly, for better working results, organisations should corporate with others ( nếu dùng others ở đây nghĩa là this company should corporate with other company , em nên tìm hiểu other,others ,another cho vững đi ) - nếu sửa lại cho nó sang chảnh thì ...with both kind of characteristic ). In order to do this, the directors must have good relationships with others ( same mistake). Regarding this, the older people have advantage. As they have worked for a long time, their reputations ensure the benefits for their partners and their organisations have more chances to be corporated with. For example, if an organization is in need for a loan and they ask a bank for it. They will more likely be accepted if their director has high reputation. ( loạn não quá , anh hiểu ý em rồi , để a cho model rồi tự đối chiếu nha.. ) .
Regarding this, a older leader has his own advantage because they have dedicated for ages and gained a particular range of internal and external reputation . Thus , they will be supperior to young people , for example , for approaching some sorts of credit from banks , which facilitate to their company 's operation easier and more flexible than young borrowers .
Generally speaking (To conclude , in conclusion... )( đang viết mà ,đâu có nói đâu ), although the young people hanve advantages as they are active, passionate and sensitive, (punctuation , phải là comma) the old people are the better choices for the leader positions due to their experiences ( experience - non "s" ) and relationships - the crucial factors to run and organisation.
