Improvements in health, education and trade are essential for the development of poorer nations. However, the governments of richer nations should take more responsibility for helping the poorer nations in such areas. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?

Health, education and trade are the fields that should help with the development process of poor countries. However, there is an opinion that the government of developed countries need to do much more to assist the poorer countries in above fields. Personally, I totally agree with the statement because of some reasons.

Firstly, developed nations have many experiences in such fields, which can share for poorer countries. In the past, they also went through the development process and faced a lot of difficulties, so they knew how to deal with the problems. For example, in the 1940s, South Korea had referred to as a country with the underdeveloped economy and weak health and education. Thanks to a comprehensive innovation policy vigorously and correctly, now South Korea has become one of the most developed nations in Asia. The valuable experiences of Korea is a lesson for developing countries to be able to grow more rapidly.
Secondly, finalising the health, education and promoting commercial need a lot of money and poor countries themselves do not have enough budget. When the lack of funds is a major challenge, the financial investment from richer nations is one solution. If the funds are used efficiently, it will promote the development of trade, improve the quality of health care and education services.
In conclusion, I firmly believe that with the help of developed nations, poorer countries can develop education, health and commercial more quickly and sustainable.

Secondly, finalising the health, education and promoting commercial need a lot of ( spoken langue) money and poor countries themselves do not have enough budget. When the lack of funds is a major challenge, the financial investment from richer nations is one solution. If the funds are used efficiently, it will promote the development of trade, improve the quality of health care and education services.( example?)
In conclusion, I firmly believe that with the help of developed nations, poorer countries can develop education, health and commercial more quickly and sustainable.
