Leaders play an important role in an organisation. While people prevalently assumed old people possess more advantages in leading a company, I believe younger people are likely to reach a good leader.

On the one hand, senior people are considered to control a company for some reasons. Elder people who have contributed for ages have accumulated more experience than those who are young. So they must bring out exact and suitable plans to make success for a company. Moreover, they are looked up to and supported by almost individuals because of having strong relationship for a long time. This leads to a close-knit system within a company.

On the other hand, younger people are more suitable to take up an essential position, As this work requires to invest many talents and health, high pressure is hard for the elder people to put up with.In contrast, young people are active and have enough enthusiasm and leadership to overcome challenge. They also have chance of  coming  up with many new effective ideas with a view to enrich the company fast.

In short, while I acknowledge the ability of the old people in leading a company, I believe this necessary possition should be given to young people.

Ceos are known as important people in a company. They aren't the best people but know how to lead everyone in a best way and make them successful. As a reason, people often believe the older than the young in this case but I disagree with this.

Generally, senior people have accumulated good experience so they can precisely plan in the future. Also, the leaders know how to manage works or recruit new members in suitable position . Moreover, they have a wide circle of acquaitances so it's easy to recieve the supportions from another person.

In contrast, junior people have less knowledge about lead than older people. However, they're self-starters who are energetic to take on hard responsibilities. Young people own soft skills which can connect everyone and solve problems together. If there is a challenge, they can ask for helping from older leaders. Especially, young people are ambitiuos and ready to make different things as they can. All of these can bring out a bright future for an organization.

To sum up, I really support to young leaders and directors even though they can make mistakes sometimes. It's likely to give a great chance for them and for the company.

Almost all organizations in the economy are managed by old and experienced leaders. Though this fact has been widely believed as reasonable for many decades, I strongly believe young people are most suitable for executive roles in modern companies.

The first reason is young people’s ability to keep up with rapid change of the world. In 21st century when innovations and brilliant ideas are presented on a daily basic, old people with limited capacity to use Internet may fail to update with new information and possibly miss valuable opportunities. The younger, in contrast, are so familiar with The Internet that they will soon learn about new technology or ideas that help to improve their company’s performance.

Further more, young leaders certainly have high willingness to apply modern technology to operational activities and thus enhance productivity. While the elders are reluctant to change any component of a secular system, young and enthusiastic directors usually choose to take risk for a better future. In most cases, their efforts are successful and their firms are recorded with much better performance.

In addition, it is noticeable that young executives ensure the stability for institution's organization structure. Young executives rarely face health problems and are not going to leave firm for retirement. As stability of leader team is crucial to daily operation of any company, executive board should be filled by young people.

Thus, for the sustainable growth and better performance of the company, young people in the workforce should be considered as candidates with highest potential.

Leaders play an important role in an organisation. While people prevalently assumed old people possess more advantages in leading a company, I believe younger people are likely to reach a good leader.

On the one hand, there are some reason which can explan why senior people are considered to control a company. Elder people who have contributed for ages have accumulated more experience than those who are young. So they know what they should do to bring out exact and full-of-potential plans for making more success for a company. Moreover, they are looked up to and supported by almost individuals because of having strong relationship for a long time which leads to a close-knit system within a company.

On the other hand, younger people are more suitable to take up an essential position, Everybody has known that this work will require an enormous investment of talents, health and  high pressure which are absolutely an enormous barrier for the elder people to put up with. In contrast, young people are not only more active but also have enough enthusiasm, leadership, and capacity  to overcome these challenges and get high positions such as director or CEO.They also have chance of  coming up with many new effective ideas with a view to enrich the company fast. And with their advances, it will be seen clearly that the income of firm will increase dramatically.

In conclusion, while I acknowledge the ability of the old people in leading a company, I believe this necessary possition should be given to young people.
