v It is possible to escape the influence of change-making leadership positions between younger and older . Position of influence has played a significantly important part in our daily life and work . It seem that leaders and directors in organization who are elderly or young enriches our daily life . But like everything else , position of influence is really a mixed -blessing.

 

Generally , the merits of young leadership can be listed as follows . Firstly, it has long been widely accepted that young leader or director who is more creative than elderly . The young is lived in modern environment and kept face with new things . Therefore , popular things make younger have a host of ideas in work . The reason why products can be produced a wide range of important innovations for the organization . Secondly , it is an undeniable fact that young members manages process seem to be physically stronger in the sense . Not only junior managers can spend their bulk time to work but younger is also cope with considerable pressures because a manager often face up with them

 

However , advantages usually go hand in hand with disadvantages . Firstly , we can not turn a blind eye to the fact that the senior gained enormous benefits such as knowledge and working experience . The elderly have a great deal of time to work . Knowing how to solve issues faster than younger

 

Now the conclusion is self-evident with both bright and dark sides of position of influence . It benefits , however , have been proven to outweigh its dangers . Actually , whether helpful or harmful , the trend that young leadership can not be stopped . We need to make full positive use of the merits of change-making leadership position and minimized their demerits .
