Topic: Leaders and directors in an organization are normally elder people. Some people think younger leader would be better. Do you agree or disagree?

Many people think that the elder class rather than the newbie should take leader position. Still, in my opinion, I believe that both the younger and the elder class could get the job done, but the younger could do it slightly easier.

In one hand, the older age group has the experience and the knowledge that can make them into good leaders. Thanks to these advantages, the elder people can complete many task than the younger one. The elders surely have experienced to avoid various obstacles, so the cost to achieve their goals will be less than the younger.

On the other hand, the young leaders can be better than the elder one for some reasons. First, the young may cause some minor mistakes due to lack of experience, but they are more dynamic, flexible, and quicker in processing the problems they ran into. Second, the youngsters tend to have more desire to devote themselves to the company. Last but not least, they usually think outside the box, that lead to many creative idea and project.

In conclusion, even though I openly advocate the elder will do a better job as directors, but I believe that the young also merit those position.
