As we can see, leaders and directors in an organisation are normally elder people. Some people think younger leaders would be better. I do not agree with this view completely, I just think that younger leaders are not bad in some aspects.
Why I do not completely agree that younger leaders are better than elder leaders? In fact, elder leaders and directors have more experiences than the younger. They tend to make safe decisions and do not take risks, so they can avoid problems easily. If they have trouble with their works, they usually be calm and try to find the solution carefully. Contrary to the elder, younger leaders and directors are likely to be very impulsive. They want to achive success not only as much as possible but also as soon as possible. They can forget everything to satisfy their purpose. Therefore, the result may be a failure, even a disaster.
However, why I still think that younger leaders are not bad in some aspects ? Because there is a number of advantages when a young person control an organization. Firstly, when you are young, you are at a good time to develop new ideas. In other words, this ability called "creative", and if you get older, it will be difficult for you to be like that. Remember, any big or small organizations need something new that can make a breakthrough. Secondly, younger people are able to work longer than elder people. Because they are healthier, so they have have less chance to go down with illnesses or diseases. What will happen if a leader does not have a good health ? The organization that he or she managed will suffer a hard time.
In conclusion, younger or elder leaders have both positive and negative things. Chosing who, it depends on you.
