As known,we usually take care of our health after falling sick or being hospitalized. As a result, state of illness is over critical even could not get through.I advocate the viewpoint that a nation's health budget should be spent more on health education and preventative measures instead of treament.

It is undisable that prevention is better than cure.To begin with,it helps us to avoid some popular diseases such pharyngitis, flu, ect.A great example for this is my friend. She had abstained from having breakfast and and had worked on an empty stomach for a long time.Even, after eating dinner , she had immediately taken part in some sports activities. Now,she is curing gastralgia by taking medicine everyday which is extremely  awful for her. So,the goverment takes him/her money to educating for people to look after theirselves.A good way of such notion, we can teach children to wash hands with bar of soaps before eating to protect themselves from diarrhoea and stomachche, or surport for them the some nutritional meal without causing obese or malnourished.

Morever, preventative measures actually saves money for family and  society.According to recent survey,a group of expert researched and concluded that smoking causes you are likely to catch lung cancer hight more eighty percents than people without smoking.Obviously, the expenditure for curing cancer is extra costly and the sick also suffer from painful physical. The tragegy can be prevented if the goverment has much more strict sanctions in prohibitting smoke.

In conclusion, the best way to improve health public is by increasing health education and preventative measures.
