IELTS Task 1 - Multiple Graph (Bar chart and pie chart)

Question

The charts illustrate the most favorite kinds of movie by gender and their ticket turnovers in the United States in 2010.

We can clearly see from the bar chart that action is the most common in both gender and romantic comedy witnesses the biggest contrast. The pie chart shows that action and romantic comedy are make up the biggest proportion in the turnover.

In the bar chart, It is evident that action is the most favorite movie of both genders with 65 million people, while thriller, science fiction and western are less common. Only in comedy and western do both genders have the same index.  Whereas romantic comedy witnesses the biggest diversity with 5 million people in men and millions people in women.

The pie chart indicates the similarity trend that action gains the largest percentage at 49 percent and romantic comedy gains the second at 24 percent. It is totally correspond with what the bar chart shows.

Đọc bài bạn thì mình thấy phần header khá hay, mình đang ở trình độ dưới level của bạn nên chỉ thấy một số lỗi ngữ pháp mà mình được học. Mình vote bạn band 7 vì mình thấy ổn hơn mình viết. Chờ người có level cao hơn xem điểm mới chính xác hơn.

 

Câu này chắc do lối gõ chính tả thôi:

The pie chart shows that action and romantic comedy are make up the biggest proportion in the turnover.

Câu này Whereas là liên từ - conjunction, theo mình học thì câu có liên từ, từ nối thì phải có 2 mệnh đề-  Vậy bạn muốn giữ 1 mênh đề thì cần đôi thành Meanwhile - đây là trạng từ.

Whereas romantic comedy witnesses the biggest diversity with 5 million people in men and millions people in women.

1, both gender hay both genders nhỉ?

2, It is totally correspond with what the bar chart shows.>> Correspond is a verb, nếu bạn viết vầy thì chắc phải đổi thành corresponding quá. "It is closely aligned with the figures that the bar chart shows" có được ko nhỉ? Mình đọc đâu đó thấy nói totally hơi informal, với 'what' cũng nghe hơi informal với mình. Ý kiến cá nhân mong mọi người chỉ bảo ạ :)

3, Với cả làm sao biết là 65 million people, chỉ mình với. Mình biết 65 = 40 men + 25 women, nhưng million thì phải tự đoán hay sao ạ?

Only in comedy and western do both genders have the same index.  Whereas romantic comedy witnesses the biggest diversity with 5 million people in men and millions people in women.( whereas romantic comedy saw a mere 5 million male audiences, they were more considerable as high as in the number of female who enjoyed these films (30 million)

The pie chart indicates the similarity trend that action gains the largest percentage (percent) at 49 percent and romantic comedy gains was the second percent at 24 percent. It is totally correspond with what the bar chart shows ban co the ghi them thong tin o pie chart vi bai viet chua du 150 tu.
