The bar charts shows data about USA marriage and divorce rates from 1970 to 2000 , and marital status of adult Americans  over two separate  of the years

The first chart illustrates the number of marriages and divorces ,we can see that data is given for each decade .The figure for people who are getting married remained steady at 2.5 millions over the first period of 10 years. On versus trend, the number of Divorces increased considerably from 1 millions to around 1.4 millions .There is a little drop from 1980 to 2000 at 2.5 millions to 2 millions on marriages, The proportion of Divorces felt back to the figure by 1970.

Turning now to the second chart is more precise about marital status of adult Americans between 1970 and 2000.the rate of adults rose slightly from about 15 to 20 percent, meanwhile the percentages of divorced people improved dramatically around at 2 to 8 percent.   The figure for married  people decline from 70 to 7 percent, followed by and widowed people from about 59 to 5 percent.

(to the level it began)
