nowadays, many of the jobs can be done from home instead of doing from the office.these are called telecommuting that become a tend in many countries.There will be a far - reaching effects in the morden society. However, telecommuting may result changes in corporate work structure and worker 's lifestyle.

   First, gorvernment and company work structure are the most obvious changes in normal offices. Although, they can save cost from this method , whether th employees work effective or not.In fact, when the number of people attending for work is decreased due to telecommuting, offices grow smaller because of many emply desks in the pffice.furthermore, it reduces the community interaction among the employees, so it lessen the interpersonal skill of worker. It is clear that employees loyalty will be affected if more people start to work at home.

 For individual office worker , telecommuting helps worker spend more time at home.If for instance the telecommuter has a family and arrange to telecommute from home, they can work with family. In addition, the work schedule is flexible.they would be able to work the hours they wished. One substantial benifit for all telecommuting workers is that there will be no need to travel to work, allowing more free time

  In short, corporate work structure and worker 's lifestyle are 2 main factors to be changed by telecommuting.despite working at home offer benefits to workers in number of ways, the negative points are unavoidable.
