It can be very easy to get distracted if they are in their home environment. For example, it is extremely tempting to switch on television or make a personal phone call. Obviously, these distractions will significantly reduce how much work they produce. Furthermore, they have less contact with their colleagues. They donot have opportunity to make good relationships, so there are a few condition to promote in working.

In conclusion, there are both pros and cons to this way of working. Despite the fact that it removes travel issues and gives them greater freedom, many people find it difficult because of distractions home and less chance than other colleagues.
