 Today, in the globalized world, it is very simple to meet people from foreign. Sometimes, they fall in love even they  are still ongoing marry. Now, an international marriage has become a common trend in society. No doubt, cross- cultural marriage is not always easy.

  Marrying to a foreign spouse, the person has to face to a large of challenge. First of all, linguistic and cultural differences can cause severe conflicts between couples in an international marriage. Although the marriage bases on love that is proverbially blind, it seems to have some trivial points of discussion . For instance, there is variety of differences from your partner’s eating habits, celebrating holidays may result in argument.

Next, the factor can break up the marriage which is gender role. In many cultures or countries, both wife and husband are employed and share daily tasks, each of them taking responsibility for the well- being of the other. However, in other countries, some cultures adhere to more traditional concept then it comes to gender roles. In India tradition, after a bride gets married and comes to groom’s house, she must stay at home and take care of family.

Moreover, getting married to foreigner, at least One of spouses is always living far, far away from their family and friends. There will never be a time when they are closed to his family as well as hers. After that, their children will never be able to have both sets of grandparents living nearby.  This can be extremely heartbreaking at times. Some people think that getting married to foreigner, you can have more understanding about another culture. However, now we can know many cultures through travelling, learning which are very easy.  A lot of downsides can be happened while having an  international marriage.

 There  are a few reasons for why  to get an international marriage difficult. But these are not necessarily reasons not to marry a foreigner. In some ways, relationship with foreign husband has been the most wonderful experience in life.
