Today, criminals in different nations are getting younger. This is because of two main reasons: personal issues and the lack of proper education. Also, the solution to address this issue is that improving juvenile education.
Firstly, personalized problems are the first causes of juvenile criminals. This means that most modern households have major problems amongst their members. Also, youth offenders have a sense of hatred that develops in their thoughts. This is due to familial neglect and vulnerable relationships in these families. For example, according to UNICEF, 70 percent of young offenders come from shattered homes. Therefore, this idea is resulting in emotional difficulties, financial constraints, and personality changes. As a result, they are leading to them becoming delinquents at an early age.
Secondly, improper upbringing is more likely to influence children to commit crimes. Mainly, it is poor parenting implements such as physical abuse, neglect, and emotional abuse. Therefore, children who have experienced lifelong emotional trauma struggle with nervous behaviors, and they believe that the world is dangerous. For instance, the prevalence of delinquent conduct was greater in intact households with a high level of conflict and maltreatment than in broken homes with no conflict. Moreover, rebellious youngsters may fight with their parents and have their disobey regulations. Finally, they tend to engage in criminal activities.
A way in which we can tackle this problem is by raising youth awareness to distinguish between right and wrong. The government imposes a new mechanism to encourage providing sufficient educational training for the young people community. In addition, parents renovate their old-fashioned parenting, attention and communicate to their children more frequently. Therefore, when children are well-educated in awareness, they can protect themselves against the possibility of crime.
In conclusion, the cause of youth criminals is due to youth' personal issues and inadequate education. It is clear that the cooperation of the government and parents can support reducing the effects of youth crimes in the near future.
