1/ Many people work on the size of salary offered.I totally disagree with this tendency as money is not always a key consideration when one has a successful career.First of all,personal relationships and atmosphere in a workplace have an impact on workers' feeling.If they have a good-mannered manager and work under a convenient conditions,they will work their buns off even if it is unnecessary.More importantly, what we learn from our job and our professional achievements are matterimportant.My father for instance, he used to work for lots of companies with an low salary.But this did not make him quit his job,; he tried to work industriously on the other handinstead.In conclusion,a successful career is what brings to us full satisfaction;therefore,it does not have to mean making a lot of money.
