Generally, there are some causes of water insufficiency. One of the first inducements is pollution. In the modern society, the number of mills and industrial processes are increasing significantly, that lead to the rise of waste water. Although that number continues growing quickly, the waste water treatment system of some factories are not built or upgraded to treat the poison. In addition, climate change is the second inducement. When melting ice in two poles occurs, the sea level increases sharply. Consequently, the water is more saline and fresh water is disappearing gradually. Furthermore, growing population is also an urgent cause that results in rising water using demand. It shows that the more population in the world is, the less clean water is.

Nevertheless, there are some solutions to solve this issue. Firstly, government should educate the public the negative inducements of water insufficiency to make them understand the essential role of water. Another solution is developing the water treatment system. This technology can desalinate and refine the toxic in waste water. It means people can turn waste and salination water into clean water.
