Question

You recently attended a meeting at the hotel. When you returned home, you found you had left some important papers at the hotel

Write a letter to the manager of the hotel, in your letter

Say where you think you left the papers

Explain why they are so important

Tell the manager what you want him/her to do

Dear Mr Long,


I am writing this letter to enquire you about my document which I forgot at your hotel.

Last Saturday, I had a scientific research congress in Vietnamese History hold in your hotel at Luong Dinh Cua Street. I remembered seating at the chair at the right corner of the 1202 room, where organize this seminar. After then, when I was standing up on my seat, my girlfriend called me and informed that her father was laying on the XY Hospital. I had to run out of the entrance to catch a taxi, which made me forget about my document at that room.

As a matter of fact, I am conducting research about history in order to present it at my university next week. Thus, this document is too crucial for me because it not only take me a week to find it on the library but also become the key feature for the success of my research.

Therefore, I would be wondering if you would be so kind as to ask your staff to look for my document. I was hoping that I could receive it before Wednesday because it was really necessary for me.
