Question

The line chart demonstrates statistics about the smoker in terms of gender in Australia between 1960 and 2000. Looking at the graph, it is immediately obvious that the number of male smokers decreases sharply, whereas the total number of females increased marginally. On the other hand, there are always more men smokers than women over the span of 40 years.

In general, the quantities of men who smoked was 6 million went down substantially to 3 million. There is an experience upward trend from 6 to 4 million in the first 23 years. Nevertheless, it reached the lowest in the entire period in 1997 with 2.8 million.
