Question

The graph below shows the number of university graduates in Canada from 1992 to 2007.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.The graph illustrates the number of university males and females university graduates in Canada between 1992 and 2007.

Overall, we can see that both number of females and males graduating university got an upward trend.

Starting at 100000 with females and 70000 with females in 1992, the number of graduates from 1992 to 1998 decreased slowly to nearly 100000 and 65000 graduates respectively. From 1998 to 2002 the number females rose 1.1 times as much as in 2002. This figure in males increased slightly to 80000 graduates. Between 2002 to 2006 the number of females graduating going up over 1,5 times as much as in 2002,. During this period, males rose from 80000 to 95000 graduates. According to the graph, we can see that the number of females graduting university increased more than males.

To sum up, the rates of feamles graduating university in this period was popular than males did during this period

Between 2002 to 2006 the number of females graduating going  ->went up over 1,5 times as much->many as in 2002. During this period, males’figure rose from 80000 to 95000 graduates. According to the graph, we can see that the number of females graduating from university increased more highly than males.

To sum up, the rates of females graduating from university in this period was popular than males did.
