Staying fit and healthy plays an extremely important role in our life. People care and worry about it very much because it’s quite hard to stay fit and healthy, but there are some little things that we can do each day in order to being healthy and fit.
Firstly, exercise is absolutely important for being fit and healthy. We should walk and cycle for few minutes everyday to stay healthy due to walking and cycling are activities that keep our heart and lungs active and our blood flowing so it’s really good for our circulatory system .
Furthermore, It’s a wonderful way to keep fit since it helps improve our muscles, reduce fat and also depression, stress. Beside, we can play sports such as swimming, soccer, volleyball, … because they can make you stronger, taller and healthier.
Secondly, we should have a healthy eating habit or diet. We should eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, enough carbohydrates, less meat, fatty food and fast food. Besides, We should include some sources of protein such as poultry, fish, tofu and beans into your diet. It will help us provide enough nutrients for our body, reduce the risk of being obese and prevent many diseases.
