It is thought that radical reason for not gaining achievements is deficient in aspiration. In this answer, I will explore the rationale behind this viewpoint before showing why I partly advocate to this statement.

To embark on, it is an undoubted fact that if individuals solely immerse themselves in their targets without taking action, they are more likely to deserve failure rather than success owing to their lack of goal-driven. Obviously, objective must go along with doing in order to achieve goals. Hence, people having enough desire and determination would stand a good chance of recording achievements. Perhaps a practical example for this opinion is that when a person has decided to lose weight, no obstacles could stop him. In fact, if his target is not achieved, it means his wish was not powerful enough.

However, on the other flip side of the coin, It seems to be unreasonable to state that failure is due to weakend desire. An indisputable fact that not all people luckily reach their purpose at first time and it also does not mean that they did not attempt enough. The best example for this circumstance would be Thomas Edison,  a well-known inventor, business man, who carried out countless experiments and also failed thousand times before finally investing the working light bulb. This example definitely exemplified the point of view that only those who dare to fail greatly can ever achieve greatly.
In conclusion, with all reasons above, i once again reaffirm that failure is not a result of less encouragement and motivation. It is a valuable lesson for us to do better in next times.
