Doing startups should be encouraged among young people. Do you agree or disagree with the opinion? Doing startups should be encouraged among young people for the following reasons. First, on an individual level, starting a business allows young adults to pursue a career path for which they have a strong passion. As a result, not only do they find more enjoyment and fulfillment but also never feel like a demanding or challenging experience due to their determination and ambition. This has an important role play in promoting a successful business. From an economic perspective, running with the sole aim of maximizing profit, the trend will boost income potential. If adolescents are in the blank, they are good financial health. A good example would be Bill Gates, a young entrepreneur with property possession by founded Microsoft. However, some will say that is not true because startup leads to financial risk. That point is true, but it is unimportant since failure or operating loss is the rote to fulfillment and the price the youth must pay for the success they desire. Also, it is the way young adults gain more experience and learn practical skills from failure to do better next time. Jack Mar, the Alibaba founder, for instance, has gone through a handful of failures to become a billionaire as today. In conclusion, there are undeniable merits of encouraging the youth to pursue entrepreneurship, which is the best chance of success.
