Some people think high school graduates should travel or work for a period of time instead of going directly to study at university. DIscuss the advantages and disadvantages of both approaches.
Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.
After graduation at high school, you will face to two options whether going on your study at college or taking time to get experiences from travelling and a full-time job. In my opinion, every intention has different meanings, advantages and disadvantages.
When it comes to decision of spending time travelling, you may be get objections of your parents cause traditional culture of going on studying has survived from past to present. Not many students can travel because of heavily relying on their parent. Besides, the habit of learning daily that you build at high school will disappear and the magnitude of knowledge as to some definitions you can forget easily, which may makes you meet obstacles when being back to learning. Moreover, you have to face and learn with the students who are less aged than you, are you bored with that ? i think it could happen.
On the other hand, there are some advantages which you get from this decision, which make this choice popular nowadays and supported by some people. Spending time travelling or working not only helps you infuse your life with memorable practical knowledge but also helps you fathom clearlier about meaning of life, this choice is so valuable for you to choose your future job. You will have opportunities to experience every traditional local when directly setting foot on its. Besides, you can communicate with many people from all walks of life, which gradually build your character and helps you contain yourself better.
In summary, every choice always has two faces and making decision is not easy to remove the other’s benefits. After thinking about advantages and disadvantage, ask yourself what do you want, the decision is based on what is best for you.
