Human resource is playing an importan role in developing countries. There are various solutions provided by Governments to made people's quality better. Some policians believe that creating new technology can bring advantages, others think it is better to not charge for education system. This essay will argue both views.

In my point of view, new technology is efficient remedy to improve people's ability for several reasons. Firstly, it surpports human to solve their works easier and faster.According to Dantri News, after putting infomation technology into applications broadly in many adminitration agents, the duaration of completing procedures are shortened. In addition, future technology will replace human occupation from practical jobs to professional jobs. Working on well-organised environment, they can treat the bigger workload and their experiences are inhanced.

Besides, free education attributesr so much in raising personel. First of all, this way mananges to encourage students go to school. Because of low income, there are many households who are unable to afford the tuition fee for their children. If this solution is implemented, talented students in rural area will reach higher education level. As a result, not only personel problems can be resolved but also the gap between urban area and poverty area is closer. However, it can put pressure on Government when education budget increases, especially in developing countries. The propotion of student in these countries are completely higher than that in developed countries, while incomes are more likely lower. So that, this remedy can not be feasible.

To sum up, introducing new technology might outweigh free education about feasibility. In the long-term, if developing countries have big budget acummulation, education system should be free.

Many people believe that underdeveloped nations should apply state-of-the-art technology in order to improve residents’ living standards, while the others prefer free education to be given. From my point of view, I agree that people should be cared about first and children should be able to enjoy free educational system.

It is under no question that people are the most previous property of a country, providing a nation with great support as well as valuable labor force. Unfortunately, in developing nations, not every family can afford paid education for their children, especially the ones from distance areas. If the children are growing up uneducated, they will lack sufficient knowledge and skills to have a good job to make ends meet, which means that the poverty cycle will be repeated, and the citizens’ quality of life will not be improved.

On the other hand, it is clear that modern technology can provide good impact to a country’s economy, helping to increase productivity and contribute more to the gross domestic products. However, even the most modernized equipment now still requires human hands to control and maintain, and if domestic residents are not trained skillfully enough to use them, not only that no money will be earned to make people’s lives better, but the government may also have to pay for foreigners to come and take care of it, which can cost a considerable amount of money.

From the reasons above, in conclusion, I believe that the government of developing countries should focus on improving education quality, providing their citizens with good educating system for free, while gradually importing suitable technology that match with the development situation of the nation.

Many people believe that underdeveloped nations should apply state-of-the-art technology in order to improve residents’ living standards, while the others prefer free education to be given. From my point of view, I agree that people should be cared about first and children should be able to enjoy free educational system (=> education system).

It is under no question that people are the most previous (=>precious) property of a country, providing a nation with great support (=> supports) as well as (=>the) valuable labor force. Unfortunately, in developing nations, not every family can afford paid (=> to pay for) education for their children, especially the ones from distance (=>distant) areas. If the (=> no need "the") children are growing up uneducated, they will lack sufficient knowledge and skills to have a good job to make ends meet, which means that the poverty cycle will be repeated, and the citizens’ quality of life will not be improved.

On the other hand, it is clear that modern technology can provide good impact (=>impacts) to a country’s economy, helping to increase productivity and contribute more to the gross domestic products. However, even the most modernized equipment now still requires human hands to control and maintain, and if domestic residents are not trained skillfully enough to use them, not only that no money will be earned to make people’s lives better, but the government may also have to pay for foreigners to come and take care of it, which can cost a considerable amount of money.

Many thanks :D btw, in "paid education" I mean "paid" as an adjective :-?
From the last paragraph, I assume the body of your essay is all of your ideas only.
Your writing is good though!
thanks for your comment :) but what do you mean by "the body of your essay is all of your ideas only" :-? because I think our task here is to "discuss both views" so personal point of view should be used :-?
"From the reasons above, in conclusion, I believe...", with this phase the readers will assume all the reasons above are your ideas. Although you use neutral words, it doesn't mean your stated sentences are not your ideas. It's not clear where you put your ideas and where you discuss the people's views.
okay, i got your point xD thanks ;)
you're more than welcome :)
:D, thanks all u guys....!!!! try your best.

It is not uncommon that modern technology plays an important role in helping people to have a better life in developng countries, I believe that government should offer free education for everyone. My essay will shed light on both sides of the issue.

There are several reasons why techonology development should be introduced widely, which improve people's quality of life.Firstly, with the exposure of people to modern technology, we will have chance to update the latest internactional trend in some terms such ass fashion, education..Secondly, we can save a lot of time due to the aid of technology. For example, owing to the invention of washing machine, nowadays, Instead of cleaning clothing by hand for hours, all we need is only a click and wait.In addition, the more our society develops, the more pollution we have to face with.It is technology that we no longer worry about the quality of food, water and even amostphere.

Despite the above arguments, I believe that all citizens can have chance to experience education programmes without having to paying fees. Each citizens even ethic minority also have the same opportunities to receive free education whether they are rich or not because there are no differencies between them.If children grow up being educated, it is believed that they will not have knowledge and skills to develop themselves.Particularly, they will not have ablity to makes ends meet and poverty cycle will be repeated and their life is absolutely not enhanced.

To sum up, although the introduction of new technology brings a lot of benefits to our life, I accept that technology development is outweighed by free education.

I'd like to recommend to you regarding grammar and spelling
- all citizens can have chance to experience education programmes without having to paying fees => without fee.
- Each citizens (=> each citizen) even ethic minority also have (=> has) the same (equal) opportunities to receive free education whether they are rich or not because there are no differencies (=> there is no difference)
thankyou so much for your positive comment!

It is obvious that state-of-the-art technology devices play important role in countries’ development, especially in developing countries. However, other people think that education which is fate should be free. This essay will discuss both points of view.

We cannot deny that technology development is bringing to our life’s conditions some huge benefits and making our life to become more comfortable and more convenient. Firstly, thanks to some great inventions, people have more spare time and have chance to enjoy their life. For example, computer helps officers store và secure their data as well as helps businessmen access up-to-date information all over the world like stocks, finance. Secondly, they have chance to expand their knowledge and find out more and more mysteries in the surrounding-world.

Besides that, good education leads to countries’ success. If national education is free, poor children can go to school and be a good citizen instead of becoming an unemployed person and doing illegal things. Furthermore, slums will be disappeared because poor people can earn money by themselves thanks to their knowledge. Governments will spend a huge amount of money in education but leaders of countries will receive high-qualified human resources. For example, in Finland, free national universities education is offered . It leads to more students want to study as well as international good students all over the world to be attracted to come to Finland for their study.

To sum up, if authorities produce many modern devices without good employees, these devices cannot be use in the right way. If citizens are excellent and intelligent but they do not received good conditions, they cannot develop their abilities. To solve this problem, government should balance between technology’s development and education.

Good morning  tukitori.fukuto , I am sorry for the late reply, I have been busy for the whole week ;(((. Below, I have some suggestions for your essays:
- We cannot deny that technology development is bringing to our life’s conditions some huge benefits and making our life to become more comfortable and more convenient.Firstly, thanks to some great inventions, people have more spare time and have chance to enjoy their life  --> I suggest changing as: It is undeniable that technology development benefits our life in various aspects, most notably comfort and convenience. Firstly......people have more spare time to enjoy their lives.
- Besides that, good education leads to countries’ success. ---> On the other hand, good education is a fundamental part of a country's developments.
-  If national education is free, poor children can go to school and be a good citizen instead of becoming an unemployed person and doing illegal things ---> If national education is free, poor children will have chances to go to school where they are trained to become well-educated people with a bright future ahead.
- Furthermore, slums will be disappeared because poor people can earn money by themselves thanks to their knowledge ----> Furthermore, people living conditions will be improved thanks to their ability to earn more income.
- Governments will spend a huge amount of money in education but leaders of countries will receive high-qualified human resources ---> I suggest replacing this sentence with the one following: Therefore, the social evils and other crimes will gradually be reduced, the more stable society will appear.
thanks for your suggestion :)

One of the most fundamental aims of every nation is to enhance the citizen’s living standard. Many methods are adopted to achieve that long-term goal, two of which are to utilize new technology and to provide non-free education.

Many modern technology products are invented and are distributed to the developing countries due to the recent massive growth of globalization, which is not always a positive thing. There is a majority of middle and small income group in these nations being less developed, so it is vitally understandable that they might not afford enough money to purchase up-to-date technological goods, no matter how useful the commodity is. Moreover, their usage demand is not as potential as the well-off people because of the poorer quality of life.Another possible disadvantage of new technology introduction is the increase of the frequency in the society ills’ occurrence. Since people are facilitated with more expensive and advanced things, criminals, especially burglaries, robberies and thieves may increase significantly in number.

In contrast, providing non-cost teaching could bring many external benefits in raising living quality. The most important advantage is the increasingly intellectual society. For details, disseminating knowledge freely is not only helping person who struggles with tuition fees but also producing more educated and skilled labour force. It is factual that an enormous amount of students having burdensome loan debts or struggling for basic needs are often hard-working, ambitious and creative; therefore, this measure gives them great opportunities to train and develop their skills. As results, many more productive and qualified workforce leading to better employment is produced and the society ills are remedied. Whereupon, there will be a better and more prosperous society for many developing nations.

In my opinion, achieving a high living standard is not an impossible thing as long as the problem of poor education is halted by offering advantageous costly-free teaching.

Tại em mới bắt đầu luyện viết nên mọi người có thể đánh giá bài viết được band mấy và em cần tập trung vào kĩ năng gì không ạ?Thanks in advanced!!

Nowadays, it is still a matter of debate whether modern technology or free education is of greater concern. In some countries, some people are of the opinion that the more technology develops, the better living standards they get, while others stick to their belief in free education. To my way of thinking, free education should be a top priority at any cost.

It cannot be denied that technology has put a strong impact on our way of living. Firstly, technology development has influenced the relationships among people. For example, the Internet allows people all around the world to contact and interact with each other without meeting face to face. Secondly, not only does technology affect our communication but it also improves the infrastructure and social welfare in a nation. Its advancement leads to numerous skyscrapers and changes the face of that nation. People will receive better quality if healthcare and education.

However, to my point of view, the only prerequisite for the development of a country is its education. Therefore, many countries such as Germany, Finland, Norway, Sweden have offered free education to their citizens. This way encourages both native and international students to study. It reduces the burden of finance effectively, as this will create a chance for poor students to get complete knowledge. For instances, in Finland, since its education is free, the rate of the dropouts is only 2%, while that of America is 25%.

To sum up, both play an integral role in our daily life, but to me, education still outweighs technology because it is the precondition for a country’s survival. By offering free education, every student has an opportunity to go to school and gets more knowledge.
