Topic: Crime is a problem in the world, many believe that nothing can be done to prevent it. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Give your own opinion.

Offence exists anywhere in a country. It is said that crime is an extremely negative issue all over the world, and there is no way to deter people from criminal acts. In my opinion, this can be prevented by strict laws and the enforcement of the police.

Firstly, harsh law plays an important rule in the fight against criminals. In a nation, all citizens must observe the laws and suffer the consequences if they break. Therefore, to reduce the number of the offenders from serious to petty, strict laws should be passed and apply to everyone, for example, a variety of people planned to kill their components, however, they do not because they percept that anyone who is found guilty of murder must serve a sentence of numerous years or face the death penalty.

Secondly, the law enforcement of the police can deter human beings from committing serious crimes effectively. In fact, the government can not control all kinds of crime over the country without the police who access to the criminals directly. As a result, all offenders are punished that is as a warning to individuals who are about to commit illegal acts. Vehicle crime is an example. Vietnamese used to be unawareness of wearing a helmet on the street, however, this problem has been improved since the police enforce the law that these criminals must pay a heavy fine.

In conclusion, In spite of the high crime rate, these can be completely controlled by the laws and the police.
