Hello everyone .Today I’m talking about How to care for health. The first is about physical health ,you should practice sports as doing exercise ,jogging ,gym ,v.v .Beside you should eat more vegetables and eat less fast-food ,junk-food .About mental health ,you should have a reasonable diet ,get enough sleep limited use of technology and always optimistic thinking .If you keep fit , you need doing exercise in the morning ,eat less sugary food .Below is advise for your health .I hope you have a fit body .Thank for listening

The first (first of all) is about ( your ) physical health ,you should practice sports as(as well as) doing exercise ,jogging ,gym ,v.v(etc) .Beside(besides) you should eat more vegetables and eat less junk food(like french fries or kentury fried chicken) .And your mental health too ,you should have a good diet ,get enough sleep limite the time you use smart phone and always have a optimistic thinking .If you want to keep fit , you need to do exercise in the morning ,eat less sugary food .And all is my advise for a better health .I hope you will have a fit body .Thank for listening.
