Nowadays, when society becomes more and more modern then education must improve qualitatively. It will train geniuses in order to contribute to boost development of country. But in many place around the world, the number of people who desire to become a teach drops significantly. Especially, the quantity of teacher who teaching in secondary school is less than primary school and high school. In essay, I will indicate reason why not many people want to become teachers.

There are many issues are showed to discuss but the main problem is teacher’s salaries is extremely low and it’s is less than different jobs. The pay of engineer with three years experience is more than double the teacher’s salaries with the same experience. The problem can be addressed by rising teacher’s pay a little more. The more salaries increase, the more people want to become teacher.

Another issue which we need to talk about it is pupil’s morals. Currently pupils don’t have discipline. They usually don’t do their homework and doing private work during school hours but they still do not disobey teacher’s upbringing and continue violating. It’s difficult for teacher’s to educate them. Dealing with this issue involves associating with parents in order to teach children a sense of respect for teachers.

A third cause of the problem is that teachers often have too much work to do. They must do too much work such as : preparing teaching scripts, marking for the exam and helping people catch up after school. So, It’s difficult for them to balance between their career and family life. A solution for the government to reduce teacher’s house which they spent on their work in order to teachers have more time to care about their family.

In conclution, teacher isn’t a career which many people want to pursue because issue such as the salary, the working hours and pupil’s attitude. They’re serious problems and we need to have methods to solve them. I think parents should spend on their time for children and government needs to invest more in education and have better remuneration policy for teacher.
