Increase petrol price to solve pollution and traffic jams

Some people think that to solve increasing private vehicles and pollution problems is enhance the price of petrol. I agree that this solve will become effective. And I also believe that there are some better other solutions to deal with these problems.

There are two main reasons why some people think that increasing petrol price is an effective measure to alleviate traffic jams and pollution. Firstly, enhance petrol price may affect directly to commuters’ pocketbook; therefore people will tend to walk, cycle and take public transports rather than driver to work. Secondly, increasing of petrol price is a good motivation to the auto and motorcycle industry will consider designing a new environmentally friendly motor, which run by solar power and hydrogen. These things have contributed to decline traffic jams and air pollution.

 Beside, I believe a better solution is that the government should build more and more electric vehicle friendly systems or public transports. This solution will give passengers convenient options that make them become ready to choose public transports. Furthermore, people should be propagandized widely through public media about consequences of emission and urban air pollution, as cars exhaust have contributed to acid rain, carbon dioxide and lead which cause warming global and damage human health. And everyone will be aware of the need to restrict private vehicles.

In conclusion, growing traffic and air pollution is a considerable problem with every country in whole the world. The government should offer some effective measures to solve these problems.
