University should accept equal numbers of male and female students in every subject.
To what extend do you agree or disagree?
Being graduated student is the important thing with anyone wants to have a good job. Therefore, they need to study hard and have acceptable result of every necessary subject in their university. However, it doesn’t mean that every subject is suitable for everyone.
First of all, some subject is just suitable for male students. This is the example of faculty of chemical engineering in my university, there are many subject such as, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Processes, Mechanical Fluid and Drawing for Engineer which have 95% of male students, because these knowledge studies respect to mechanics and many men like it. In spite of the high percentage of number of male students on mechanical subject, some female love it and even they learn better than male.
Finally, some knowledge is accordant with the most of female. The best thing to prove this section is the high proportion of female students in Industrial Management and Dye Industry Majority of Technology University where I’m studying. Besides of this, there are many subject which are the favorite topic of girls, they want to learn, such as, Introduction to Vietnamese Law, Fundamental of Management and Economics, Dye Engineering and Fashion Industry
In summary, I disagree with the ideal about the equal number of university students between male and female in every subject. It is thought that it can be unaccepted with equality gender in learning due to every students will have different favorite and ability which is suitable for their faculty. It’s believed that the best method is the university has compulsory and optional subject. It’s no ideal with compulsory study because this is subject that students have to learn. With optional subject, students will freely register if they like to improve their knowledge and it’s nothing about the same number of male and female in every subject rule.
