TOPIC: some people work for the same organization all their working life. Others think that it is better to work for different organization. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.
The question of whether people should work for one or more organizations arouse numerous opinions. Someone believes that those who stay in the same company can get many benefits while others prefer taking different tasks in their life. From my point of view, i am in favor of discovering myself through various jobs, then deciding what is the most appropriate for the whole life.
To begin with, it is true to some extent that employing for the same company for the whole working life can promote position in that office because long-term staff have professional experiences and tips to do such kind of work that the young has to take years to achieve. Therefore, obviously, the longer time workers devote for company, the higher position they will get. Moreover, long period staying for one place represents for the loyalty qualification of the employee that results in the impressive curriculum vitae, one of the most essential factors making the job opportunity.
However, the opponents of the idea of working for the same organization for the working life argue that this action can be so much boring to people who have a high need of discovering themselves. This is accepted that just few people can recognize the most suitable job and follow that with all passion and inspiration, thus, taking more jobs helps not only to strengthen the flexibility, solving-problem skill, but also to find out what they are good at, which is extremely important to develop all ability they have and to devote for society as they please.
In conclusion, personally, i strongly support for the opinion that people should do as many works as necessary to figure out the true dream for their life and keep following it for the rest of life.
