The bar chart illustrates the major causes for study among students of various are groups and  the amount of support received from their employers.

Overall, the percentage of young student who study for career higher for interest, the proportion of support for younger is more than the elder.

The percentage of student under 26 years old  study for career is the highest at around 80%, while student study for interest is lower at about 10%. There is a slight decrease in the proportion of student betwent 26 and 39 years old who build their career, whereas studying for interest rise slightly. Around 20% of student aged over 49  study for career, on the other hand about 70% student study for interest.

Just over 60% of student aged under 26 are supported by their employers. By contrast, the 30-39 ages is lowest at about 32% give time off and help with fees. The percentage of support from employers increase slightly in the 40-49 ages and over.
