From past to present, the family is considered one of the most peaceful place, which is where people find sharing and loving. However, in today's society, domestic violence occurs in many forms and among other members of the family but within the framework of this article I would like to mention the phenomenon of domestic violence by husbands against wives. This is considered a form of typical domestic violence, which attracts all members of society attention.

Domestic violence occurs in many different forms such as beating, torturing, injuring the victim, rape, psychological abuse, isolation of victims before the relationship date  family as social, economic siege, control money ... These acts of violence which cause negative social, leading to instability in the development of family and society.

Domestic violence is intentional behavior of family members to harm or potentially harm the physical, mental, economic relations with other members of the family. The concept of domestic violence there are many different concepts but the concept of domestic violence through the UN organizations in 1993 by scientist and worldwide acceptance.

Martinez-Torteya G. et. al. (2012). Resilience Among Children Exposed to Domestic Violence: The Role of Risk and Protective Factors. Child Development, 80,(2),
562-577.

Studies indicate that 30-43% of children in the United States have witnessed some form of physical violence between their parents. This violence can have a profound effect on preschoolers cognitive and emotional development. Studies suggest that younger children may be more vulnerable to the effects of witnessing domestic violence than older children (Johnson and Lieberman, 2011) so it is very disturbing to recognize that young children are more likely to witness incidents of violence than older children (Ybarra, Wilkens, & Lieberman, 2011). Witnessing these acts of violence has a detrimental effect on the cognitive development as well as emotion regulation and internalizing and externalizing behaviors in preschoolers (Lieberman, 2011; Ybarra, Wilkens, & Lieberman). Studies show that dysfunctional development can be deterred through a positive relationship with mother and child, and that resilience is possible if a nurturing relationship exists in which the mother is attuned to her child’s emotions.

There are some causes domestic violence. First, One of them that is state management. In the local establishment where there is family violence acts, the establishment and operation of mechanisms and prevention of the family yet effective, did a lot of family violence acts are taking place in social communities have not yet been detected and prevented in time so a lot of behavior when discovered, the consequences were very serious and belatedly.

Second, violence in family caused by social causes.
One other cause of family violence victims is due to gender inequality exist in family and society. Because the thought of male female balloon weight also exists in thought of so many people so many women with husbands still enduring beatings and general acceptance of life that dare not fight for its liberation.

Domestic violence left many serious consequences for society, sociological perspective, we would like to give some following major consequences:
Firstly, Violence causing serious consequences physically and mentally against women and all other members of the family.

Second, domestic violence negatively impact the workforce and thus also affect the economic activities of the victims of violence.

Thirdly, domestic violence was added burden for the education system. Children often have symptoms such as depression, surrender everything and in some cases children have negative behaviors to combat family violence.

An expanding body of research suggests that childhood trauma and adverse experiences can lead to a variety of negative health outcomes (Anda & Chapman & Dube & Felitti & Giles & Williamson, 2001, p.1).

In fact, childhood stressors such as witnessing domestic violence and other household dysfunctions are highly interrelated and have a graded relationship to numerous health and social problems (Anda & Chapman & Dube & Felitti & Giles & Williamson, 2001, p.2).

Domestic abuse, also known as domestic violence, can occur between two people in an intimate relationship. The abuser is not always the man; it can also be the woman. Domestic abuse can happen between a woman and a man, a man and a man, or a woman and a woman. Domestic abuse shows no preference. If one partner feels abusive, it does not matter their sexual orientation, eventually the actions they are feeling will come out towards their partner

To solve these problems in domestic violence, we have some solutions.

First, raise awareness of women and the family community and family violence prevention.

The state should raise awareness about gender, gender equality for both men and people Women are aware of the position, role and their responsibility in society.
To do this, we need to regularly organize promotional activities education and communication on gender, equality and inclusion world. Second, strengthen the effectiveness of local law. the judicial authorities should strengthen legal education for all classes of people. Legal Aid Legal advocacy and counseling for women.

In conclusion, domestic violence is an issue of family, community and society. Therefore, we should build synchronous solutions to prevent and eliminate this evil from the socio-cultural community. Domestic violence leaves more serious consequences for families and society. Hence the elimination of domestic violence is not just the responsibility of one that requires the cooperation of all levels and sectors of political and social organizations and nations in preventing and combating violence families.
