The pie charts compare the amount of electricity produced using five different sources of fuel in two countries over two separate years.

It is evident that coal contributed the largest amount of electricity made in Australia, whereas nuclear power has become more crucial in the French electricity industry. We can also see that total electricity production increased dramatically from 1980 to 2000 in both Australia and France.

Half of the total amount of electricity in Australia was made by coal by the year 1980. Whereas the numbers for hydro and gas were similar, at 20 units, only 10 units of electricity came from oil. Conversely, France used coal, oil, gas to produce the same amount of electricity, at over 20 units for each.  

The next two decades, however, both countries saw sudden changes in fuel sources used. In Australia, over 75% of total electricity production was contributed by coal, while just 36 units came from Hydro. By contrast, France used nuclear to produce nearly three quarters total electricity units, coal and oil were used to make around a quarter remained.

Hình như là bạn chỉ compare 1980 và 2000 thôi thì phải :D Như thế cũng ổn nhưng mình nghĩ nếu mình vạch lá tìm so sánh càng nhiều thì càng tốt chứ nhỉ ^^ Nếu mình làm pie chart này, mình sẽ so sánh giữa Úc vs Úc, Pháp với Pháp. Đầu tiên mình so sánh 1980 của Úc với 2000 của Úc rồi sau đó sẽ làm một câu kiểu như là, Only a half of coal was used to produce electricity in France compared with the Australia amount, and it remained stable in the year 2000. ....

Như thế sẽ compare được nhiều hơn he he . Just personal opinion, ý mình là vậy còn về ngữ pháp, hay word choice thì mình ko giỏi lắm -.-" Hừm.

Whereas = while :3 

Cậu có thể vary structure của report bằng cách như sau ( Just personal opinion ToT . Mình cũng mới học writing task 1 thôi ạ hix )

Autralians prefered to use... 

À vì là pie chart nên có một loạt từ sau được recommended nên dùng ạ :3 

make up, account for, consitute , consist of , comprise, record, amount to, :3 he he
