   The pie chart shows the amount of money that a children’s charity located in the USA spent and received in one year. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

MY ESSAY

The two pie charts provide an overview of the children’s charity budget in America each year.

At the first glance it is evident that the amount of donated food and program services is the highest. There are four reasons contributing income sources, whilst children’s charity has yearly outgoings on three objects.

The first pie chart reveals that donated food is the highest at 86.6%, followed by community contributions with just over three quarters less. Program revenue, which occupies 2.2% is the third source. By comparison, Investment income and Goverment Grants make up a much lower ratio, each offering 0.2%. The amount of other incomes take up 0.4%

The rest pie chart shows the proportion of expenditure among program service, fundraising and management general. Program service has the largest percentage of spending, accounting for 95.8%. Whereas fundraising and management and general whose percentage are 2.6% and 1.6% respectively is one-thirtyseventh times as much as program services.
