The graph compares the proportion of driving test passes of women and men in an Asian country in 1980 and 2010.

Overall, the rates of people who passed their driving test increased throughout the years, apart from 2010. It is clear that the percentages of women were higher than men in all four years.

As can be seen, in 1980, the rate of women passing the driving test was nearly 50% compared with the total, which was the slowest throughout the period, and followed by the growth to about 52% after ten years. There was a considerable increase in the proportion of women in 2000, accounting for nearly 70%. Then, the percentage declined gradually in 2010, at over 60%.

Meanwhile, the rate of success drivers in men in 1980 being the same as women was the slowest, at almost 30%. There was a substantial growth from 1990 to 2000, at 37% and 48%, respectively. Especially, the percentage remained stable in 2010, at 48%.

Cheers!
