Essay:

The advent of technology has paved the way to online working and home schooling. This conversion is beneficial in many aspects, yet there exists a few drawbacks.
Working from home is favourable in this modern world for a number of reasons. Firstly, online working and learning save people from the hassle of commuting. Travelling back and forth can be stressful due to crowded streets and traffic jams. The bad traffic condition in some countries has increased the commuting time while decreasing the number of rest hours of the employees. Secondly, online working has offered workers with a wider variety of occupations. People with different races and cultural backgrounds can apply for jobs in various regions in the world. High education has also become more accessible to many students as universities are establishing online degree programmes. Students from developing countries can now enroll in degree courses organised by top-notch universities around the world without having to leave their home countries.
Despite some aforementioned  advantages, online jobs and education pose some certain downsides. Some employees find it difficult to the online working environment due to the lack of human interaction. Working from home means that there be no small talks or chit chat during break time and hence, home workers may feel disconnected from their on-site colleagues. Inter personal  interaction plays an important role in the children development. Those who are home-schooled do not have much chance to communicate and hand out with their peers, which is a huge loss as the experiences obtained from these activities are vital in shaping the child's personalities and behaviours in the future.
In conclusion, online learning might pose some advantages to adults and college students while young children are encouraged to participate in classes at schools.
