More and more people think there is no need for printed paper newspapers. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

There is a statement that paper newspapers is no longer necessary in this modern world. In my opinion, although Iaccept that online news has many benefits, I still believe that printed newspapers is still worth to be maintained and will explain my point of view in this essay.

On the one hand, it is undeniable that digital news is considerably advantageous. One of its merits is that readers can be posted by minutes because almost every electronic media now always tries to carry the latest breaking news, sometimes accompanied with videos or audio recordings. Moreover, approaching news through technological devices is obviously much more convenient compared to the traditional kind. People can update an enormous amount of information about various topics on solely one portable gadget. Thus, those who follow news such as political events, stock market movements or those who are simply keen on sport have all come to expect instant communication.

Despite the above argument, I also support the view that physicals media is equally important for some reasons. Firstly, printed newspapers is much cheaper than a smart technological device, which means that news is still available for under-privileged people who do not have access to gadgets or the Internet. Secondly, reading paper is scientifically healthier compared to reading from screen because our eyes are not affected by the blue light as well as radiation. Finally, reading newspapers is a daily habit of many people, especially elderly. Therefore, it would unfortunately cause inconvenience for them if we allow the demise of print publishing.

In summary, although it is notable that E-news offers many benefits thanks to its modernity and diversity of topic, traditional newspaper still holds the most vital position among news readers and will not be taken over by its counterpart.

"There is a statement that paper newspapers is no longer necessary in this modern world. In my opinion, although I accept that online news has many benefits, I still believe that printed newspapers is still worth to be maintained and will explain my point of view in this essay."

You should start your essay with an easier introduction:

"There is a statement that printed newspapers are no longer necessary in this modern world. In my opinion, although online news has many benefits, printed newspapers are still worth maintaining (or worthy to be maintained)."

Some of your sentences are so long that you can not place grammar under control, and people are far likely to get tired of them, one of which is:

"One of its merits is that readers can be posted by minutes because almost every electronic media now always tries to carry the latest breaking news, sometimes accompanied with videos or audio recordings." (the word "now" shows your grammatical weakness and the extra information "sometimes accompanied with videos or audio recordings" is unimportant)

We have an idiom "keep somebody posted on something", as stated in Longman Dictionary, used to regularly tell someone the most recent news about something. Therefore, you can say "One of its merits is that readers can be kept posted". However, this idiom is more frequently used in speech than in writing.

In addition, "by minutes" should be "in minutes", which can be implied as "in a short time", but it does not make sense that readers can be kept posted in a short time.

Last, the noun phrase "electronic media" is plural, and we can say every with only singular nouns, so "tries" should be "try".
